NeoPods develops and invests in approx. 100–300 kW micro data centers sited behind-the-meter at European industrial loads. We turn idle grid capacity into sovereign AI compute — in months, not years.
New large-scale grid connections in Germany and across the EU take years to secure. AI demand will not wait. Sites with existing grid access are the fastest path to deployable compute.
European industrial power consumption has fallen from ~1,200 TWh/year at its 2008 peak to ~1,000 TWh/year today. That ~200 TWh delta implies more than 20 GW of energised industrial grid capacity sitting idle — already permitted, already connected, ready to host compute.
Inference workloads, regulated industries, and European model labs require compute under EU jurisdiction. Distributed micro-DCs solve sovereignty and latency in the same footprint.
Developing Europe's #1
AI compute network.
Each NeoPod is a factory-built, pre-engineered IT module delivered in the form factor the site demands — containerised for outdoor or yard deployment, or building-integrated where an existing hall or utility space is available. Pre-engineered for hybrid cooling and GPU-class density, deployable in weeks once power and site are confirmed.
Anchor capacity for neoclouds, hyperscaler overflow, European model labs, and inference platforms. Take-or-pay or capacity-reservation structures.
Industrial operators and activity zones with unused grid headroom monetise the connection asset — long-term land lease plus optional equity in the SPV.
Stage-gated capital deployment across sponsor equity, project debt, and strategic offtaker / site-owner co-investment. Infrastructure-style returns on contracted capacity.
NeoPods is forming. We are actively engaging with industrial site owners, compute offtakers, and capital partners for our first pods in Germany and adjacent EU markets.
If you operate an industrial site with spare grid capacity, need AI compute delivered fast in-territory, or invest in digital infrastructure — we want to talk.
